  1. Hello! I recently bought a HydroFlask attachment but it does not fit my water bottle. I checked HydroFlask’s return policy and it said if I had bought it from an approved distributor, I have to email them first to find out what their policy is. I would like to exchange it for a narrow mouth size. How will that work? Do I exchange it through you or HydroFlask? Thank you.

  2. Hi I was in the shop visiting Zion with my fiancé a few weeks ago. We bought a Zion national park tree ornimante. As we got home it dropped and broke :/

    Is there any way to order a new one?
    It would mean the world to my fiancé!

    I am from Australia and I think when I was at Zion last year i shopped here and bought a round patch which has Angels Landing in the middle, says ‘Zion Angles Landing I survived the Hike’ around the ouside and is orange boarder. I have put it on my Zion hat that i also bough in your store. I would love to buy another one for my day pack. Do you guys have this patch and is it possible to buy another one?

  5. Hi, my 9 year old son bought a plastic red diamond (photo available) last week at the shop and considered this his most precious gift of the holiday. He was soo happy with it and soo disappointed when he lost it. Many many tears. Is there any chance that another one could be send to our home address? I would be more than happy to pay a (big) premium price incl delivery costs for it (and most appreciation from my son)! Regards, Erik de Jager

  9. Hi! I’m wondering if you have any plans to market the rest of your t-shirts on the website. You have the coolest t-shirts, but I live in San Jose, CA, and so I only get out there every few years, and my t-shirts have pretty much worn out. It would be so great if I could just shop for them online, instead of having to make a 12-hour trip just to buy colorful shirts! 😉

    I bought a Zion Royal Blue, “Great Southwest” king sleeve shirt 3 years ago. Would you still have this Patagonia design esque shirt with a square (not round) border? If you navigate the Store map, the exact version is on the display.

      Thank you for reaching out to us. As it turns out the square border is the old design and they no longer print it. I was able to round up and XL or XXL in that print, but if those sizes do not work the round is all we have. Feel free to call the store or send an email to if I can help you any further.
